clean room welcome drink
The hotel is very close to the city center and it is easy to reach the train station. the room was super clean and well-equipped with a welcome drink. I enjoyed it! breakfast was fantastic. Having it on the terrace was a great start.

The breakfast had good options. I liked that eggs and coffee was freshly prepared by the kitchen team. The location is central and convenient. The hotel team provides a park service and it worked well.
My room felt overpriced. There are some stairs. It was a very minor inconvenience. I just notice it.

nice variety helpful staff super clean rooms room noise triple glazing high price
the breakfast HAD a nice variety and tasted delicious. the staff were amazing and very helpful in setting up activities. the rooms were super clean.
i was in room 102 and it felt noisy. the room needs triple glazing, it vibrated at times. overall, the hotel felt overpriced.

clean room helpful staff street noise slow lift
The room was very clean and nicely decorated, a big plus! The breakfast offered many choices, I especially liked the fresh pastries. The staff were helpful with directions, this was really convenient.
The street outside was sometimes a bit noisy at night, it disturbed my sleep. The lift was small and slow, I needed to wait for a while once.

friendly staff amazing breakfast room temperature cooling issue
the staff was very friendly and helpful . breakfast was amazing, especially the variety of choices.
i had some issues with the room temperature. the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room down enough, even when set to the lowest setting. it made sleeping a little uncomfortable

noise level overpriced hotel
the location was indeed convenient, close to many attractions.
Our room was quite noisy. I think it requires better soundproofing. also, the hotel seemed a bit overpriced for what it offered, considering the disturbances. i expected more value for the money spent, given the overall experience.

working ac helpful receptionist excellent breakfasts
The AC worked well during a hot week. The night receptionist, Salvatore, gave good advice. Clara in the kitchen prepared excellent breakfasts.
The elevator was located across the street from the hotel.
