The hotel is very close to the city center and it is easy to reach the train station. the room was super clean and well-equipped with a welcome drink. I enjoyed it! breakfast was fantastic. Having it on the terrace was a great start.

The breakfast had good options. I liked that eggs and coffee was freshly prepared by the kitchen team. The location is central and convenient. The hotel team provides a park service and it worked well.

the breakfast HAD a nice variety and tasted delicious. the staff were amazing and very helpful in setting up activities. the rooms were super clean.
i was in room 102 and it felt noisy. the room needs triple glazing, it vibrated at times. overall, the hotel felt overpriced.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated, a big plus! The breakfast offered many choices, I especially liked the fresh pastries. The staff were helpful with directions, this was really convenient.
The street outside was sometimes a bit noisy at night, it disturbed my sleep. The lift was small and slow, I needed to wait for a while once.

i had some issues with the room temperature. the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room down enough, even when set to the lowest setting. it made sleeping a little uncomfortable

the location was indeed convenient, close to many attractions.
Our room was quite noisy. I think it requires better soundproofing. also, the hotel seemed a bit overpriced for what it offered, considering the disturbances. i expected more value for the money spent, given the overall experience.

The AC worked well during a hot week. The night receptionist, Salvatore, gave good advice. Clara in the kitchen prepared excellent breakfasts.
The elevator was located across the street from the hotel.
